We are currently looking for energetic and personable individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives . This entry-level role is perfect for candidates with experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, serving, or bartending who are looking to develop their communication, sales, and marketing skills in a hands-on, dynamic environment.

Primary Responsibilities of a Sales Representative:

• Represent top wireless brands at assigned retail locations within the Olympia area by hosting engaging in-store events and promotions.
• Connect with customers face-to-face, answering questions, promoting the wide array of products and services our clients offer, and guiding consumers through the sales process.
• Work alongside other sales team members to meet and exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Participate in daily meetings to develop interpersonal and communication skills while learning direct marketing and sales techniques.
• Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture that fosters personal growth and collective success.

Qualifications:

• Customer-centric, friendly, and self-motivated attitude.

• Ability to build and manage relationships.

• Knowledge of sales strategies, including cross-selling and up-selling, is a plus!

• Must have excellent attention to detail.

• Experience in Retail, Customer Service, Restaurant, or Hospitality preferred.

We provide training designed to give our team members all the tools and skills they need to handle any task they are given proactively. Because this is in a retail setting, the consumers come to us! So, no DOOR to DOOR, COLD CALLING, or REMOTE sales is required.
