PLOW is an elevated New American cuisine restaurant located not in Chicago, not in Milwaukee, not in Madison, but in the charming village of Cambridge, 16 miles southeast of Madison. The restaurant is in a former feed mill from the mid 1800's and is located in the heart of the village's downtown district. People from Rockford, Chicago, Milwaukee and Madison drive to Cambridge for dinner. Spring and Summer offer outdoors dining on our patio as well as vacationers that visit Lake Ripley.
PLOW features a full bar with craft cocktails, and indoor and patio seating as well. The food is incredible. Much is locally sourced. Menu items include vegetarian lasagna, New York Strip, fish fry, flatbread pizza, smoked prime rib, and a lot more.
