Customer Service Representative
DEPARTMENT: CDPAP
REPORTS TO : Senior CS Rep
LOCATION:  Ramsey, NJ

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists Consumers and Personal Assistants with PPL Transfers.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and pleasantly.
• Respond to missed calls/emails in a timely manner.
• Ensures all paperwork is current.
• Follows process to communicate issues immediately.
• Works with all departments to accommodate specific needs and appointments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all Consumer interactions, assessments, and follow-up actions to ensure compliance and accountability.

• Fluent in English and French/ Creole languages.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in using internal systems and software for data entry and record-keeping.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to interacting with Consumers and Personal Assistants.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

SALARY: $19-$23/ hour DOE
