Permanent/Direct Hire - In person position

Pay: $20-23/hour based on experience.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Location : On site in Sanford, ME

What’s a typical day as Customer Service Rep? You’ll be:

• Entering information into CRM and ERP systems, specifically Salesforce and Epicor, while reporting to the Office Manager.

• Interacting with customers, sales representatives, and back-office operations to provide excellent and timely service.

• Managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy in all communications.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• 2-3 years of similar experience in customer service

• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Are experienced in handling international orders and/or contracts (a plus).
