About the Role:
As a Teletherapist, you will deliver therapy sessions through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. Sessions typically run for 45-60 minutes. Full-time therapists will maintain an average caseload of about 30 client sessions per week. We understand that building a full caseload takes time, so we're happy to start you part-time, with the option to grow into a full-time role if that's your goal. If you prefer part-time, we ask for a minimum commitment of 7 client sessions per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide virtual therapy sessions in 45-60 minute blocks
Conduct client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely progress notes
Contribute ideas and strategies to enhance the quality of care we provide
Be an active and valued member of our collaborative team
What You Bring:
Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in Virginia and Texas, and eligibility for credentialing with major insurance panels. Licenses in additional states are a plus!
Experience working with diverse populations
