The mission of Family Support Services is to be the leader in providing safety, stability, and quality of life for all children by working with the community to strengthen the family unit.
Job Summary:
The STEPS Family Advocate will provide crisis intervention and help stabilize the crisis, which will prevent the removal of child(ren) from the home. This position will conduct face-to-face contact with the family each week and will do follow-up after the services are in place with the family. This position is a direct service personnel.

Education:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in a human services or related field required.
Experience:
One year of experience with at-risk children and families preferred.
Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration:
Valid drivers license.
