Job Description-
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Telecom Product Owner to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications, extensive experience with Agile methodologies, and proficiency in using JIRA for project management.
Responsibilities:
Product Vision and Strategy:
Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for telecom products.
Ensure alignment of product goals with business objectives and market demands.
Backlog Management:
Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog using JIRA.
Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Engage with stakeholders, including customers, business analysts, and development teams, to gather and refine requirements.
Ensure the product meets the needs and expectations of all stakeholders.
Sprint Planning and Execution:
Lead sprint planning sessions and ensure the development team understands the product backlog.
Monitor sprint progress and address any issues that arise using Scrum practices.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform product decisions.
Gather and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve the product.
Release Management:
Plan and manage product releases, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
Performance Monitoring:
Track product performance and user satisfaction.
Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Qualifications:
1. Experience:
Proven experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and managing product development cycles using JIRA.
2. Skills:
Strong understanding of telecom technologies and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with telecom billing systems, mediation, and rating.
Proficiency in using JIRA for project management and tracking.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner)
