Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to support members of our client’s Business Intake & Conflicts Department to identify possible ethical and business-related conflicts of interest. This position will be Full-Time and On-Site.

This opportunity exists within our CAI’s Neurodiverse Solutions business unit, all candidates in consideration of positions within CAI’s Neurodiverse Solutions must be able to self-disclose that they identify as neurodivergent.

What You’ll Do

  • Understand and perform the analysis and research process on all potential new business.

  • Verify that all searching is complete, consistent, and accurate and that all Firm conflicts procedures have been followed.

  • Process requests for conflicts searches, perform necessary research, and complete business intake forms.

  • Follow up on new business and conflict issues with department colleagues when necessary.

  • Collaborate with team members on new business, new employees and projects, with attention to deadlines and time-sensitive issues.

  • Work with specialists, coordinators, and other team members to address time sensitive issues related to routine pre-engagement, restructuring-related matters.

  • Respond to department email communications with accurate information in a timely manner.

  • Contribute to process, procedure, and technology improvements in order to reduce risk.

  • Complete special projects as assigned.

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, data analytics; or relevant experience within a related field

  • Understanding of issues related to conflicts of interest that may be encountered when acquiring new business clients and employees

  • Ability to identify conflicts of interest, and escalate these issues to the appropriate party

  • Basic computer skills (use of MS products; word, excel, outlook, collaboration tools, etc.)

  • Acute attention to detail, critical thinking and decision-making skills

  • Ability to act with professionalism, in situations requiring confidentiality of information

Preferred:

  • Prior work experience as a paralegal, data quality analyst, research analyst, conflict of interest auditor or in a similar role

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

  • Must be able to communicate with customers/team members over the phone and in person

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
