Job Description

Sea Fox Boat Company is an industry leading saltwater fishing boat manufacturer who is looking for talented people to join our team and aid in the manufacturing and construction of our boats.  We are seeking a skilled RTM (Resin Transfer Molding) Technician to join our growing team. As one of our RTM Technicians, you will play a key role in producing high quality fiberglass parts used in building our boats while ensuring the highest quality standards throughout the entire process.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Set up and install vacuum and feed lines as part of the RTM process.
• Pull completed parts from molds and perform an initial inspection before moving them to quality control.
• Maintain equipment and workspace to meet safety and operational standards.
• Follow detailed work instructions and technical drawings to ensure precise execution.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability required to walk and move between workstations.
• Regular use of hands and fingers for detailed and precision work.
• Must be able to climb, bend, balance, kneel, crawl or stoop to complete tasks.
• Must be able to lift and handle materials up to 50 pounds
• Exposure to fumes, airborne particles and occasional use of toxic chemicals will require adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Experience with fiberglass and composite materials, especially in RTM or vacuum infusion processes, is required.
• Knowledge of the application of dry fiberglass onto gel-coated molds.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong work ethic and take pride in every job you do.
• Capable of working in a physically demanding environment with safety and precision.
