What You'll Do:

Analyze and Report: Leverage Google Analytics 4 to assess the performance of our website assets. You will create insightful reports and engaging dashboards using Google Analytics 4 and data visualization tools like Looker Studio to communicate website performance effectively to our stakeholders.
Collaborate for Success: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to implement and monitor website updates and enhancements, ensuring that all changes are properly tracked and measured.
Optimize Performance: Conduct thorough audits of web performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Communicate Effectively: Translate complex operational information into clear, understandable messages for various stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of proven experience in marketing operations or marketing technology management.
Strong proficiency in Google Analytics 4, including setup, configuration, and reporting capabilities.
Experience with data visualization tools, particularly Looker Studio, for crafting reports and dashboards.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage your time in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with tools in our martech stack, such as Acquia, Pardot, Hotjar, Wistia, and OneTrust.
Hands-on experience in building reports and dashboards using Looker Studio.

Compensation:

Pay Rate: $43.00 per hour
