Job Description

About Us
We are a mission-driven organization dedicated to empowering independent Medicare brokers to build the insurance business of their dreams. In a landscape where most beneficiaries rely on independent brokers for their benefits selection, we recognize that technology and support for brokers are often outdated. That's where we come in! We provide innovative workflows and services designed to help brokers achieve transformative growth.

In just four years, we've partnered with over 5,000 brokers and enrolled more than 100,000 beneficiaries, making us one of the fastest-growing Medicare brokerages in the country. Our brokers love working with us, as reflected in our impressive NPS of 91 and a client retention rate of 93%. On average, our partners have experienced over 100% growth since joining us!

It's an exciting time to be part of our team. Our diverse, remote-first workforce has expanded from 40 to 70 in the last year, drawing talent from leading technology, healthcare, and insurance companies. Recently, we secured a Series B funding round from visionary investors who share our ambitious goals.

Join Us!
We're always on the lookout for sharp, talented, and empathetic individuals to join our team.
